1. Refund & Return Policy
At Acesportwears, we take pride in the quality of our gear. If your order isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
Return Window
- You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to notify us of any issues (defects, wrong items, or sizing concerns).
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags (including the “Ace” branding) and packaging must be intact.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized Jerseys: Kits with custom names, numbers, or specific league patches cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotional sale are final.
The Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your Order Number and photos of the item.
- Once your return is authorized, you can send the item back to our Lagos hub.
- Exchange: We will ship your replacement as soon as the original item is inspected.
- Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.
