By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Accuracy & Availability

Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions (including “Icon Inspo,” “Retro,” and “Player Version” kits). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
Colors: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Stock: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or technical glitches.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave). We do not store your credit card information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Lagos & Nationwide: We offer delivery across Lagos and nationwide within Nigeria. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Delays: Acesportwears is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs, or unforeseen logistical issues.
Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags (including “Ace” branding) attached.
Timeline: Customers must notify us of any issues (defects or wrong sizing) within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized jerseys (with custom names/numbers) and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a specified number of days, minus any shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos (including the Ace logo), button icons, and images, is the property of Acesportwears and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or the website without express written permission from us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Acesportwears shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
